ALL Florida buyers must pay their applicable tax for their county to Automotive Group Enterprises as we process all title and registration paperwork for ALL Florida deals.
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes. Please check with your local tag/DMV office to see what the fees and taxes are in your state for the vehicle you are buying. If you are an out of state buyer who wishes to pick up the vehicle and drive back, Automotive Group Enterprises will collect the corresponding sales tax unless you are a resident of one of the ollowing states: Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, DC, Hawaii, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, West Virginia.

Title Information : In the State of Florida, titles to vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles, and are a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Florida. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
