eBay Auction Terms
By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase
the above-described vehicle. We reserve the right to cancel all existing bids
and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale.
Payment Information:
A deposit of $400 (non-refundable) must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the auction.
within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by Bank to Bank wire transfer,
cash in hand, or bank certified funds to Seller.

Fees and Tax Information:
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees,
as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
We are a licensed dealer in the state of Ohio and must transfer titles to new owners according to Ohio law. Ohio residents must pay us all sales tax due. Most out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own state accept the states mentioned below. All buyers must pay a document/title/30 day temp. tag fee of $150.

AS OF AUGUST 1st 2007 THE STATE OF OHIO HAS REVISED ITS TAX LAWS. IF YOU LIVE AND TITLE THE VEHICLE YOU PURCHASE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING 8 STATES YOU WILL PAY TO OHIO A MAXIMUM OF 6% TAX ON THE SALE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE YOU PURCHASE. THESE STATES INCLUDE ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, FLORIDA, INDIANA, MASSACHUSETTS, MICHIGAN, SOUTH CAROLINA, AND WASHINGTON.
OUR STATE WILL PROVIDE A TAX CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE STATE OF OHIO. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY AMOUNT OVER 6% THAT YOU MAY OWE TO YOUR STATE.
FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU LIVE IN CALIFORNIA AND YOUR TAX RATE IS 8.25% YOU WILL PAY 6% TO OHIO AND THEN YOU WILL ONLY OWE 2.25% PERCENT TO CALIFORNIA.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A non-refundable $400.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. All Credit Union checks must clear first before the car leaves our lot. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback will be posted.

Title Information:
Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans.
In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time
we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing,
here are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.
If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Representations and Warranties made by seller:
This vehicle is being sold "as is". Manufacturers' warranties may still apply.
Extended warranty is be available for purchase. Contact us for details.
No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties
relied upon by bidders in making bids. If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale due to local advertising or sold on the lot.
Buyers Inspection: Luxury Imports welcomes a buyer..s inspection. If you plan to have a buyer..s inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees if any are Buyer..s responsibility.
History reports: Luxury Imports wants you to make an inform decision about buying our cars. Prior to bidding we may provide or recommend obtaining reports from, third party motor vehicle history companies such as Carfax and Autocheck. These reports may disclose the prior vehicle history, including the existence of prior accidents or damages to the vehicle.
Vehicle condition: Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Prior to bidding you should know that used vehicle might have some wear or minor imperfections (interior, exterior) because it is used and has been driven. Please keep in mind that mileage on some vehicles may be higher as they may be driven/test driven while they are auctioned on eBay. In some cases vehicles may have had some previous paint and bodywork. Normal scheduled maintenance may be needed on some used cars (wipers, batteries, brakes, tires, etc).
Accessories: Please note that not all cars come with floor mats, original manufacturer manuals, second sets of keys and etc. If you do not see these accessories on our pictures there is a chance that we do not have them. Please call us prior to bidding at 216-898-4500 to verify.
Finalizing your Purchase:
We will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
Successful high bidder MUST communicate with us by email or phone within 24 hours of the auction
ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction.
If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 2 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License.
Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer,
all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
